The goal was to build an ecommerce solution similar to Stichfix but for different audience. As there was to platform for such kind of project team decided to build everything from scratch using RoR framework. The MVP was successfully launched after a few month of work and we started to work on extra features and business automation.

It was started to solve a simple problem: shopping for clothes in stores can be overwhelming and inconvenient. With Suitableyou, you can discover great clothes that are perfect for you without ever having to go shopping. Suitableyou combines top brands, expert service, and unparalleled convenience to deliver a highly personalized experience that helps you look your best.
To start, a user simply provides style, size and price preferences with their personal stylist by completing a simple quiz. They are then able to order a box of clothes with no advance payment and have it delivered to their door. All clothes are hand-selected by stylists to ensure optimal fit. The user keeps only what they like and the rest are returned.

There was a warehouse full of seasoned clothes and no site to list the clothes. Our client had very limited time to create an operational business and face uncertainty regarding the final user experience.We faced additional problems while working on the project but none of them prevented us from launching the service on time. The team had to work on UI and back-end parts simultaneously while also making adjustments on the fly to meet target deadlines so just thd client didn’t lose money on expiring products.

We delivered a fully custom solution without using any CMS to get a scalable platform for future growth.
